# What if I (a participant) can no longer attend a session or need to change into a different session?

## Contact the event director for any changes

If you can no longer attend a session, need to be transferred to a different session, or need to request a refund, please contact the event director directly. Each event may have a specific refund policy that the director needs to follow, so it's important to reach out to them for assistance.
