Can I create a private session?

Restrict access to certain sessions by creating private links or by password protecting sessions

Yes, you can create private sessions and generate private links.

There are several options available to prevent certain sessions from appearing on your primary registration link. Let's explore the various methods:

1) Private Link: Navigate to the Event Setup section, select the session you want to customize, access the Advanced Options tab, and toggle the "Private Link" option to Yes. Share the unique URL with your designated group members so only they can register for this specific session. By turning this on, this session will not appear on your main registration link.

2) Password Protect: In the Event Setup section, pick a session to edit, click on the Advanced Options tab, and then input a password into the "Password Protect" box.  Only the people with that password will be able to register for the session.
