Customize Confirmation Emails & Recipients
The automatic confirmation emails that go out to participants include your logo and a summary of what they signed up for. If you want to include additional material, you can go to Event Setup and click the Attachments column next to the session. That will enable you to include a PDF document (welcome packet, FAQs, etc) on the confirmation emails that go out.
We also send a confirmation email to the account owner so they get notified in real-time.
Instead of sending that email to the "account owner", can we send it to a different email address?
Yes! In Settings--Event Information (at the very bottom), you can customize who receives the confirmation emails.
There are spots for "Email Confirmations: Primary" and "Email Confirmations: CC'.
