Can we have participants complete a DocuSign?
A premium e-sign feature is available
By default, participants have the option to sign policies electronically during registration.
However, in cases where certain documents require physical signatures or cannot be modified for online submission, we can send these documents to participants via email immediately after the registration process (available only for custom accounts).
Participants will be able to electronically sign these documents using our secure online platform, ensuring a quick and efficient process. Directors have the capability to easily monitor the status of the signatures, send automated reminders to participants who have not yet signed, and conveniently download the signed files for record-keeping purposes. This streamlined workflow helps to ensure compliance with all necessary documentation requirements while making the process seamless for both participants and administrators.
