# Custom Forms

## Customize the questions that your participants complete during the registration process

In the Event Setup section of your Camp Network account, you can add new sessions, and then customize the questions that your participants complete during the registration process.

There are many different question types to format your questions:

- Checkbox
- Country
- Date
- Document Upload
- Dropdown
- Dropdown (Capacity)
- Dropdown (Multiple Selection)
- Email Address
- Gender
- Instructional Note
- Phone
- State
- Text Box (Basic)
- Text Box (Large)
- Waivers
- Zip Code
