How do I charge someone for an additional item?
Add Item or Create Invoice
To charge someone for an additional item (product or service), you have two options available:
1) Add Item: By selecting the participant's name, navigating to Add Item, and entering the extra charge, you can prompt the participant to log into their account and settle the balance.
2) Invoices (New): Access the Invoices tab on the Dashboard and add the product or service along with the recipient's name and email to send them an invoice. This feature is particularly useful for billing that occurs "outside of the registration process" since it is independent of any registration.
