How do I correctly add someone from the waiting list? 

As a director, if a participant withdraws from a full session and you remove them from that session, a confirmation pop-up will appear. If you select the “waiting list” option, you can immediately invite someone from the waiting list to take that open spot. If you select the other option, registration for that session will reopen to the general public.
