How do I get a refund?

If you are registered for an event that uses Camp Network for online registration and you want to request a refund, please contact the event directly. Camp Network is not involved in the refund process or decision making. The event website likely has the contact information.

How long do refunds take? I don't see it on my credit card or bank statement.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account. When they do appear, they may show up as either a credit or a reversal.
