What functions are available from the participant's account?

Within their participant account, users have the convenience of accessing and organizing all aspects of their registrations. This includes the ability to easily manage any additional payments, upload required documents such as waivers or medical forms, and review important tax information all in one centralized location. This streamlined process ensures that participants have full control over their account details and can quickly and efficiently handle any necessary tasks related to their participation in the program.

 

Can event directors send them emails and text messages?

By utilizing the Messages feature located in the left toolbar, directors can easily send emails and text messages to specific recipients of their choice. This functionality enables seamless communication with participants. Whether it's sending reminders, sharing important updates, or simply staying connected, the Messages feature empowers directors to effectively engage with their desired audience, enhancing overall communication.
