How do I upgrade my account

Accounts can be updated from the Dashboard

What happens after I upgrade my director account?

  1. Simply "Upgrade" your account from the Dashboard once you are ready to start accepting real registrations and payments. Note: All participant data from your trial account will be deleted, but the sessions you created will remain so you do not have to repeat that part.
  2. If you are accepting payments, you will be prompted to Connect with Stripe. We recommend having your bank account number and routing information on hand. This process is very quick and normally only takes about ~3-5 minutes!
  3. In Event Setup, finalize your sessions (dates, pricing, questions, discounts, add-ons, etc) and make sure to click Action--Resume next to each when ready.
  4. Post Registration Link to your website, social media channels, etc. and participants can start registering! Stripe will deposit the funds into your bank account in 2-3 business days. 

Keep in mind, you may receive emails from @stripe.com to verify your bank information. Stripe is required by its regulators to collect certain information from account holders in order to prevent abuse of the financial system, and this requirement varies from country to country. When an account is created, the system will prompt the user to provide the required details for that country. You must keep the details in your Stripe Account current by promptly updating your information with any changes.
