Why haven't I received my funds yet?
Stripe transfers payments, may need some additional info.
Camp Network partners with Stripe for payment processing.
There is typically a 7 day waiting period for the first payout. This delay is necessary for risk mitigation and cannot be waived under any circumstances. When setting your Stripe connection make sure to set the payouts to "automatic" instead of manual.
If you had already received some payouts but then they were stopped, it is likely because Stripe, the payment processor, has reached out to your account requesting additional information. To resolve this, please log in to your account at www.stripe.com where you may be prompted to provide the necessary details. This is a legal requirement under Know Your Customer laws that Stripe must periodically collect certain information. Once you have updated your information, transfers will resume as normal.
