Why is my session not showing up?

 

When working in the "Event Setup" area of your director account, please ensure the following:

- Confirm you have selected the correct year using the year selector located in the upper right corner.

- Make sure you click Action-Resume next to the session once you want to open it up for registration.

- Verify that the "Policies" section is fully completed.

- When editing a session, navigate to Advanced Options and double-check that all start and pause registration dates and times are accurate.

- In Advanced Options, also ensure the session is not set to "private" unless intended.
